Hello creative friends,
this is Monika from UROOCREATIONS. I hope all of you are doing well.
Today I am going to show you gorgeous mixed media altered art pieces. I always love making vintage projects, so this time I altered two empty Tin Cans into gorgeous Home Décor items.  These altered Tin Cans are just perfect to add a vintage look to our sweet home.

I decided to use them as pillar Candle Holders to decorate my dining area. These altered cans can be used as art supplies holders (brushes, pens and markers holder), flower vases, indoor planters, cutlery organizers etc.
I have prepared a step by step video for you, kindly check the below given link:

I have used gorgeous Prima - Iron Orchid Designs moulds and air dry clay to create beautiful clay embellishments to decorate the both tin cans. I glued the clay elements using Finnabair – Prima Marketing Inc Soft Matte Gel. I have used Black gesso before I started colouring. Finnabair acrylic paint and Lindy’s Gang magical shakers were used to colour both cans. A few acrylic paints were from Liquitex, Mont Marte and Camlin. I used lots of layers of acrylic paints and Finnabair wax (Vintage Gold) to create this look.

Thank you so much for stopping by and do let us know what you think.
I hope you will enjoy watching the tutorial and feel inspired to create something to participate in our November AcademyScrapArt Challenge.
Much love to all.
