Hi everyone! My name is Barbara aka Barbarayaya and I am 56 years old. I have two teenage sons and a husband who puts up with my creative activities, even though these have pretty much invaded my whole house for a lack of space! I am Italian and an enthusiastic follower of Tim Holtz! My creative journey started with traditional scrapbooking… actually, it started way before that. As a child I loved to colour and cut out paper, to make collages and create things… I took up different hobbies growing up, from decoupage to cardboard working, until I discovered scrapbooking in 2005. I loved this hobby from the start because it encompasses everything that I like: colour, composition, creativity. I started scrapbooking because I wanted to create albums to contain memories of my sons, who were quite little at the time. A few days later, I came across Tim Holtz’s art. It was a flash of inspiration! I haven’t moved away from that style since then, but as I continued my creative journey I became more and more interested in the mixed media technique, which I love very much. I am currently part of the DT of Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge and I have a personal blog, Yayascrap & more. I hope you’ll love my creative projects, they’ll engage you by making you discover new sides of your own creativity too!

My name is Núria Cuixart, and I am passionate about crafts and all things handmade. I discovered Scrapboking at a exhibition in Barcelona in 2013. Since then, and with all the materials that the world of scrap offers, I started creating mini albums, tags, cards... I called my page "Scrap & Chic" to share all my creations. I love Scrap because it is so relaxing. For me scrapbooking means to feel, to express feelings, emotions and to remember moments. I am crazy about paper, giving it different textures, shapes and making it look older is my great hobby. For this reason, my style has very strong vintage, rustic, old, bohemian and very chic traits. I currently teach monthly Workshops of Scrap, where I make this great hobby known to all the curious people who want to know a little more about it.
